In my current role, I manage HWRA NOC compliances, submissions for CTE and CTO, and environmental documentation. I am responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements are met and that all environmental permissions and compliance procedures are completed accurately and on time. My work focuses on supporting organizations in maintaining environmental standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operational practices

Akshay is a commerce graduate (B.Com) with over 4 years of professional experience in the field of documentation, regulatory compliance, and water audit report. Currently working as a Senior Technical Associate, he joined the organization in June 2025
In his role, he is responsible for managing technical documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating the preparation and submission of Water Audit Reports. He has developed strong expertise in handling compliance-related processes and supporting organizations in meeting environmental and regulatory requirements efficiently.

Over the last 14 years, he has worked closely with real estate developers, infrastructure companies, and manufacturers, helping them navigate environmental regulations and approvals that are often complex and time-consuming. In those years, he wasn’t just working behind reports and compliance files—he was on the ground, understanding how projects move, where challenges arise, and how decisions impact both businesses and buyers. This experience naturally gave him a deeper insight into the real estate ecosystem, including how projects are positioned, sold, and trusted in the market.
As he interacted with more people around him, especially potential investors, he noticed a common pattern—there was always interest in opportunities like UAE real estate, but also a lot of confusion, hesitation, and sometimes even fear due to lack of clear and honest information. That’s where the idea for this new venture took shape.
