This experience naturally gave him a deeper insight into the real estate ecosystem, including how projects are positioned, sold, and trusted in the market.
As he interacted with more people around him, especially potential investors, he noticed a common pattern—there was always interest in opportunities like UAE real estate, but also a lot of confusion, hesitation, and sometimes even fear due to lack of clear and honest information.
