Position: Director – Sales and Marketing (UK & Ireland)
Akhil Raj is part of Skyline Infrastructure Investments, currently based in Ireland, where he works with Irish investors who feel stuck with limited options at home. He helps them explore markets like Dubai in a calm, structured way, without hype or pressure. Rather than selling property, Akhil focuses on helping people understand what actually makes sense for them, and what doesn’t. His approach is simple: slow things down, ask better questions, and make decisions with clarity even if that means doing nothing.
Position: Sr. Environmental Executive
I holds a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Environmental Science and Technology with around 1.5 years of professional experience in environmental laboratory testing and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as a Senior Environment Executive and joined the organization in September 2025.
In my current role, I manage HWRA NOC compliances, submissions for CTE and CTO, and environmental documentation. I am responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements are met and that all environmental permissions and compliance procedures are completed accurately and on time. My work focuses on supporting organizations in maintaining environmental standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operational practices
Position: Sr. Technical Associate
Akshay is a commerce graduate (B.Com) with over 4 years of professional experience in the field of documentation, regulatory compliance, and water audit report. Currently working as a Senior Technical Associate, he joined the organization in June 2025
In his role, he is responsible for managing technical documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating the preparation and submission of Water Audit Reports. He has developed strong expertise in handling compliance-related processes and supporting organizations in meeting environmental and regulatory requirements efficiently.
Position: Deputy Manager
Mr. Rajesh Makker is a commerce graduate, having completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). He brings over 25 years of extensive business experience, during which he developed strong expertise in operations and management. Following his successful business career, he transitioned into the corporate sector and is currently associated as a Deputy Manager – Operations in the field of compliance management, where he contributes his practical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure effective operational and regulatory processes.

Currently working as a Web Developer, specializing in building responsive and user-friendly websites, managing both frontend and backend development, and delivering efficient web applications. Kalyani Thakur, is a MCA with 3.5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Currently, I am actively managing end-to-end digital operations, combining development expertise with strategic marketing execution.
As a Full Stack Developer, I have been responsible for complete website development, including frontend and backend architecture, API integration, and creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces. I focus on building scalable and high-performance web solutions aligned with business goals.
In my current role, I am independently handling Digital Marketing, where I manage SEO, performance marketing, and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads (Meta, Instagram, etc.). I also handle email marketing, social media management, and website optimization strategies. My focus is on driving targeted traffic, generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through data-driven marketing campaigns.
With a strong blend of technical and marketing skills, I aim to deliver impactful digital solutions that drive measurable business success.

Puneet’s journey began in the field of Environmental Science, followed by his pursuit of law—two disciplines that shaped the way he looks at the real estate world today. Over the last 14 years, he has worked closely with real estate developers, infrastructure companies, and manufacturers, helping them navigate environmental regulations and approvals that are often complex and time-consuming. In those years, he wasn’t just working behind reports and compliance files—he was on the ground, understanding how projects move, where challenges arise, and how decisions impact both businesses and buyers. This experience naturally gave him a deeper insight into the real estate ecosystem, including how projects are positioned, sold, and trusted in the market.
As he interacted with more people around him, especially potential investors, he noticed a common pattern—there was always interest in opportunities like UAE real estate, but also a lot of confusion, hesitation, and sometimes even fear due to lack of clear and honest information. That’s where the idea for this new venture took shape.
Today, Puneet is focused on helping Indian investors understand cross-border real estate in a simple and transparent way. His approach is not just about selling properties, but about guiding people with the right information so they can make decisions with confidence.

She has been associated with esteemed organizations such as Trident Information Systems, Times of India, Wigan & Leigh College and Visas Avenue, where her dedication and outstanding contributions have been widely recognized. Her core strengths include client servicing, strategic problem solving, mentorship and team management, visa processing and documentation, handling escalations and grievance management, as well as conducting audits and training programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations.

He is a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science with over 2 years of professional experience. He is currently working as a Senior Technical Executive at Skyline Infra, where he joined in January 2026. In his role, Rahul is involved in web page development, documentation, and digital marketing. He has hands-on experience with WordPress and various digital marketing tools, contributing to the company’s online presence and technical operations.
